Order confirmation: We have to confirm the order to the customer within the next two hours (outside of night hours). Consequently, we expect your confirmation as soon as possible.
Payment: The customer will pay you in cash. We have informed the customer that you accept the following means of payment: credit cards (Visa MasterCard) and cash in euro.
Waiting time during the pick-up: The customer has up to 10 minutes of free waiting time. Beyond that the waiting time is charged at the rate of 15.00 €.
Supplementary costs: The cost of tall roads is included in the order price up to the amount indicated above. The client has to pay all supplementary costs related to the trip such as parking, cost of toll roads not included in the order price, waiting time, etc.
Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If cancellation takes place between 24 and 12 hours before departure we will request the customer to pay the penalty for late cancellation in the amount of 22.00 €. Any cancellation at a later stage will require the customer to pay the full amount of the order price. As soon as we recover the penalty from the customer it will be immediately paid out to you.
Prolongation: In case the customer will wish to prolong the trip, the tariffs to be applied are indicated above. The supplementary mileage payable by the customer should include the return of the vehicle to the drop-off address as per the order.
